Mohini is a founding partner whose practice focuses on holding powerful institutions accountable and securing meaningful relief for individuals harmed by corporate misconduct. She has litigated high-impact, multimillion-dollar cases against corporate and institutional defendants in environmental tort and products-liability matters, representing clients in complex litigation with significant financial and public-health stakes.

At the core of Mohini’s work is a simple principle: the law should protect people, not power. Her practice centers on plaintiff-side litigation involving corporate accountability, women’s rights, consumer protection, civil liberties, and environmental protection. She approaches every case with the understanding that legal outcomes affect real lives and that access to justice should not depend on resources, sophistication, or privilege.
Before founding the firm, Mohini practiced at a nationally recognized litigation firm known for handling some of the most complex disputes in the country. While that experience sharpened her ability to take on well-resourced defendants, she ultimately chose to focus her career on representing everyday people—clients whose legal problems are urgent, personal, and often life-altering.
Mohini has worked extensively with legal aid organizations across the country to expand access to justice, particularly for individuals who face barriers to obtaining legal help. She has been deeply involved in innovating legal-aid intake systems to make legal services more accessible, efficient, and humane. Through this work, she has helped more than 1,500 callers seeking assistance with issues ranging from family law and personal injury to immigration and housing instability—often serving as the first point of contact for people navigating the legal system for the first time.
In addition to her litigation and legal-aid work, Mohini has volunteered her time to assist tenants facing eviction, unsafe housing conditions, and housing insecurity. She believes that effective advocacy happens not only in courtrooms, but also in the systems that determine whether people can access help at all.
