Helios Law P.C. is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. While our primary practice is rooted in Texas, we also handle matters, including federal law matters, in other states by working alongside qualified co-counsel licensed in those jurisdictions, ensuring our clients always receive representation that meets local legal standards.
When co-counsel is involved in an out-of-state case, there is no additional cost to you. Any fees associated with co-counsel arrangements are handled between our firm and co-counsel directly, and our clients are never charged extra as a result.
We handle most cases on a contingency fee basis, meaning you pay no attorney fees unless we recover compensation for you. In some matters, a retainer may be required. Your attorney will clearly explain the fee structure that applies to your specific case before any agreement is signed.
